Last Friday, 24 April 2026, we attended an exciting and well-attended event at the nife-hannover.de (NIFE) to mark ‘Animal Testing Day’.
Several presentations focused on the 3R principle (Replace, Reduce, Refine) – with the aim of reducing and improving animal testing and promoting alternatives.
A key theme was open dialogue with the public. Transparency is crucial for making research understandable and demonstrating accountability.
The event was a great success and offered significant professional value, particularly to our ACI colleagues working at NIFE in the field of implant research.
